Gold River Homeowners Association Lists Security Patrol and Landscaping Contacts for 25 Villages

GOLD RIVER, Calif. — November 1, 2026. Residents of Gold River can use the local community association’s published contacts for security patrol needs, landscaping problems and questions about neighborhood management.

The Gold River Community Association (GRCA) says the community includes approximately 2,735 homes in 25 villages between the American River, Highway 50, Hazel Avenue and Sunrise Boulevard. It operates as a homeowners association, not as a separate incorporated city.

Security patrol contact

GRCA lists (916) 978-3889 for its contracted neighborhood security patrol. This number is for community patrol matters; call 911 for crimes in progress, fire or life-threatening emergencies. A private patrol has a different role and authority from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.

Landscape emergencies

The association asks residents to report urgent irrigation problems, downed trees or fallen branches obstructing trails to its management office during business hours. If a landscape emergency arises outside office hours, GRCA directs residents to the same patrol number.

The GRCA office is located at 11715 Gold Country Boulevard and advertises weekday hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays. General management information is available through (916) 635-1993 or the homeowner portal.

Where to find governing documents

GRCA says residents can use the Management Trust portal to view calendars, association documents and homeowner information. People considering home exterior alterations should check the appropriate architectural review procedures instead of assuming any proposed work is automatically permitted.
